ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Order Cancellation & Refunds:
Once an order has entered the “in-production” phase, Send2PrintATL cannot accommodate edits, changes, file resubmissions, or cancellations. Our policy strictly prohibits refunds for orders already in production. An order is considered “in-production” at the time of placement or upon design approval.
Discounted reprints may be considered at the discretion of Send2PrintATL. In cases where a reprint is offered, the original order must be returned before the new production begins. Refunds are not applicable for services provided, including design and printed media.
For comprehensive details and exception policies, please reach out to a Send2PrintATL customer representative. ALL ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED TO SEND2PRINTATL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns within the specified timeframe.
